Photography Waiver and Release
The Pinkett Group LLC periodically uses photographs, videos, audio, logos, profiles and stories for products and services that are promotional, advertising, commercial, educational, research and/or archival in nature. As such, The Pinkett Group LLC/TORA collects on an ongoing basis individual and group photos and testimonials relating to our volunteers, supporters, event attendees and activities. We ask for permission to use your photo, video, audio, profile and/or story in promotional material to promote and benefit our projects, programs and business.
I, hereby grant The Pinkett Group LLC/TORA and its legal representatives the irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use and publish photographs, video, audio, profiles and/or stories of me and/or my products/services, in which I or my products/services may be included, for any purpose authorized by The Pinkett Group LLC/TORA, including but not limited to: website use, internet, editorial publications, catalog, radio, television and advertising use. This grant includes the right to modify and retouch the images in the discretion of The Pinkett Group LLC/TORA. I understand that the circulation of such materials could be worldwide and
that there will be no compensation to me for this use. I further understand that The Pinkett Group LLC/TORA cannot control unauthorized use of my image by persons not associated with The Pinkett Group LLC/TORA once my image has been published.
Furthermore, I understand that I will not be given the opportunity to inspect or approve the finished products or the advertising copy or the printed matter that may be used in connection therewith. In granting this permission to The Pinkett Group LLC/TORA and its legal representatives, I am fully and without limitation releasing it from any liability that may arise from the use of the images. I further agree to the inclusion of my name(s) and/or business on marketing items.
